Primary Responsibilities:
Service DeliveryManage client SLAs (turn-around-time, quality)Production planning - monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basisProject management - Resource planning as per project scope, risk management, escalation management. Achieve client and organization objectives for a given projectQuality Management - Effective monitoring of quality performance, root causes and resolutions to the quality challenges of the teamTeam ManagementGoal setting, coaching and feedback, performance management, team developmentCareer Management and development of associatesProvide SME and problem solving support for day to day issuesIdentify training gaps and plan trainingsProcess improvementDrive efficiency and productivity initiativesImprove client and employee experience by continuous improvementsEffective utilization of coders via cross training across different project scopesClient ManagementUnderstand and finalize the scope with clients and onsite teams,Manage client interaction over conference calls and/or emails in a professional mangerComplianceEnsure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA/HITECH/ISO)Maintain documentation to demonstrate adherence to compliance standardsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Certification in CPC or CCSWorked at least 2+ year as Group coordinator/SMECurrent team leader experience of 2+ yearsUnderstanding of US Healthcare industry, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECHSolid knowledge in Anatomy & PhysiologyPreferred Qualifications:
