Job brief

Weare looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provideexcellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout theorganization. The goal is to keep the department running in anefficient and profitable manner to increase customer satisfactionloyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Improvecustomer service experience create engaged customers and facilitateorganic growth
  • Take ownership of customersissues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towardsthat mission
  • Develop service procedurespolicies and standards
  • Keep accurate recordsand document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accuratereports
  • Recruit mentor and develop customerservice agents and nurture an environment where they can excelthrough encouragement and empowerment
  • Keepahead of industry’s developments and apply best practicesto areas of improvement
  • Control resources andutilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitativetargets
  • Adhere to and manage the approvedbudget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow accordingto priorities
Requirements
  • Provenworking experience as a Customer Service Manager Retail Manager orAssistant Manager
  • Experience in providingcustomer service support
  • Excellent knowledgeof management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Workingknowledge of customer service software databases andtools
  • Awareness of the industry’slatest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitaskingskills
  • Customer service orientation
  • BS degree in Business Administration or relatedfield
