HR Operations:Oversee and manage daytoday HR operationsincluding onboarding offboardingPayrollProcessing with HRMS software Employee recordsHRIS maintenance and compliance.Collaborate with the HR team to streamlineand improve HR processes and workflows.Ensure all HR policies and procedures areeffectively communicated implemented andadhered to. Performance Management:Support the development and implementationof performance management processesincluding goal setting (KRA KPIs) performancereviews and development plans.Provide guidance to managers onperformancerelated issues and assist inaddressing performance challenges.Employee Engagement :Contribute to the design and execution ofemployee engagement initiatives to foster apositive work environment. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to promote a culture of continuousimprovement and employee development.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employees andmanagers to address HRrelated concernsdisputes or inquiries. Investigate andresolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistentmanner. HR Metricsand Reporting: Analyze HR data to identifytrends and areas for improvement. Prepareregular HR reports for management identifying key performanceindicators and making datadrivenrecommendations. Resource Utilizationreports quarterly Compliance:Ensure HR practices and policies comply withlocal state and federal regulations.Stay updated on HR compliance requirementsand implement necessary changes.Collaboration:Collaborate with the HR team departmentheads and other stakeholders to align HRinitiatives with business objectives. Act asa trusted advisor to leadership and managers on HR matters.Must Have: 5 8 Yearsof experience Notice Period: Immediate 15Days Negotiation Skills and ConflictManagement Skills Work with an Attitude ofOwnership
