Job Description

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end HR Operations activities for the organization.

This will include projects that will require one-time execution and stakeholder management.Administering new employee on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation.Providing HR policy guidance & interpretation to new and existing employees.Ensuring employee handbook/policy version updated across company forumsPublish HR dashboards (Joiner, exit employee, etc)Employee Data Management - on the HRIS as well Google sheetsJob Requirement

Graduate in any stream1 to 3 years of experience in HR.Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.Advanced MS Excel knowledge and skillSelf-motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.Keeping data ready for internal & external audit.Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
