What you will do

The qualifiedcandidatewillbeanintegral part in the continuedsuccess and growth of the Service Department. Thispositionrequires a highenergy level with a focustowardcustomers and a strongdesire to succeed. Goodorganizationalskills, attention to detail and excellentcommunicationskills are required. Schedulinggeneral service calls, preparing and invoicing service calls.

Responsible for the timely and accurateperformance of the fullrange of tasksdescribedbelow:

SLA Compliance

Customer satisfactionand responsible for CSAT scores

Driving CI initiatives, Productivity/ Effeciencyimprovement & AHT reduction

Adherence to relevantpolicies and regulation.

Satisfactory audit rating 

Improving of Benchmark KPIs over time

Responsible for team’smonthly & Yearlyperformancereview

Successfulimplementation of projects and drivingprocessimprovements

Guiding & Mentoring the talent poolwithtin the team, alongwith the improvemnetplan for belowperformer

How you will do it?

ManagingInvoiceprocessing& paymentsteam for alltaskassigned to the team

Familierwithend to end paymentprocess and PTP reporting

Ensurecompliance to SOD and othercompliancerequirements

Support the team for specifictransactions and solveoperationalescalations/ issues

Ensurethatadequate and updatedprocessdocumentation and desktop proceduresexists and isused

Ensuringallpaymentsexceuted on time as per the paymentscalander

Recognize and communicatepotentialissues to management as appropriate

Understand and applyprocure to payprocesses, policies, procedures and internalcontrolstandards

Support operationalperformancereportingactivities

Preparation of information/data for internal/ externalauditors in the various audit of the financialrecords

MaintainorganizedfilingStorage & Security of alltransactiondocuments & supplierscontracts

Ensurecompliance to statutoryregulations, Taxrequirements, AccountingStandards

EnsuringDuplicatecheckbeforepayment run, qualitycheck of invoices on ramdomsamplingbasis

Ensuringall SOX controls are in place & followed by the team

15+yearsexperience in PTPend to end process

B.com / BBA / MBA / M.Com 

Fluent English (Verbal and written)
