Product Owner / Senior Manager (.NET)

Job Summary: As a Product Owner/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and facilitate communication between teams.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, particularly with .NET technologies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, particularly with .NET frameworks and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
