Sales and Marketing Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the facilitymanagementsector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understandingtheir needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends andcompetitoractivities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals topotentialclients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring customersatisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless servicedelivery toclients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customerinteractions in the CRMsystem.
Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities topromote ourservices
RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales preferably in thefacility managementindustry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
Strong understanding of facility management services and marketdynamics.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel asrequired.
