Manager - Organizational Development, Human Resources.Who we are and what we do? Over 150 researchers are working with WRI India in our offices at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
About your role:
As an Organizational Development Specialist, we seek a dedicated individual with an inclusive attitude to join our team. The person in this position is responsible for designing initiatives and tools to drive performance management, development planning, succession planning, engagement, and culture change across the enterprise. The candidate would work with others and leadership on organizational effectiveness issues.
At this level, the individual applies in-depth professional knowledge independently to resolve challenges / conduct research / complete complex tasks. Serves as a trusted 'go-to' person. Acquires skills to perform complex tasks and advises on internal processes. Understands the program/project/process cycles and applies those concepts in solving most complex problems independently. Is expected to make independent decisions in some complex situations. Keeps track of information and communicates trends and patterns in data to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications and requirements we seek:
Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development, or MBA equivalent. Certification or experience in change management 7-10 years’ experience in a related field Experience and knowledge of organizational behavior, organization design, and training and development techniques Experienced with complex database management skills and extensive data. Strong Project Management experience Strong presentation and facilitation skills Critical thinker takes the initiative and is action oriented. Team player and skilled at building relationships.Salary and Benefits: INR 15,00,000 to INR 18,00,000 CTC per annum
Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
Location: New Delhi, India
Start Date: At the earliest.
