Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the USANA’s India team as a marketing specialist. In this position, you will be to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. You will collaborate with your manager in developing these strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive product consumption. Your role will encompass various key tasks – planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns, conducting market research, influencer marketing, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting sales activities. What You Will Do as USANA’s Marketing Specialist Support and execute product-related marketing campaigns, programs, activities, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive product consumption. Plan and develop performance marketing campaigns or activities to introduce and promote new products effectively. Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify opportunities for enhancing the value of products for distributors and customers. Create and deliver presentations, webinars, and other educational content to inform customers about the benefits of health products. Manage various marketing communication efforts, electronic direct mail marketing, website, social media, and digital assets. Maintain the company’s online reputation across social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally. Curate engaging content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, etc., and schedule postings to drive engagement and grow follower base. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate new digital marketing technologies into current marketing processes. Assist in organizing promotional events and digital campaigns, attend them to ensure their success. Write marketing literature such as brochures and press releases to augment the company’s presence in the market. Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs aimed at enhancing the company’s brand. Liaise with media stakeholders to ensure appropriate coverage through press releases and other means. Collaborate with your manager, develop and execute active marketing strategies and communication programs to raise the company's profile in line with business objectives. Evaluate key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns and strategies. Build and maintain productive connections with new and existing clientele through communication, marketing, and networking efforts. Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development, advertising, and event planning. Analyze marketing data to shape future strategies, including campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic. Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, and website traffic. Assist marketing manager in developing and executing campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement. Manage copywriting tasks, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee influencer management and influencer marketing initiatives. Utilize artificial intelligence tools for research, analyses, and testing to gain insights and shape marketing strategy. Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Distributors events. Must be available for occasional work on weekends if events or scheduled activities dictate. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Background and Skills You Will Need Excellent command of both written and spoken of English. A Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required. Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably with Direct Selling or Nutrition industry. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint. Experienced with leading campaigns through digital platforms. Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience using social media management tools. Pleasant, outgoing with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Well organized, articulate, detail-oriented, have an eye for details, hands-on and results oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and good team player.
