Keyword Research:
Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords related to real estate properties, locations, and services.
Campaign Setup and Management:
Creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This includes setting up ad groups, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimisation.
Ad Copy-writing:
Writing compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience, highlights unique selling propositions (USPs), and encourages clicks and conversions.
Landing Page Optimisation:
Collaborating with web developers and designers to optimise landing pages for PPC campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
Budget Management:
Monitoring and managing PPC budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analysing campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generating reports and providing insights to improve campaign performance.
A/B Testing:
Conducting A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify and implement optimisations that drive better results.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Collaboration:
Working closely with other marketing team members, such as SEO specialists, content creators, and graphic designers, to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
