Job Description


Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled ERP Executive to join our team, responsible for supporting warehouses, COCO/FOFO stores, and all departments using LOGIC ERP Software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, knowledge of ERP implementation, and the ability to train new and existing employees on the software.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support warehouses, COCO/FOFO stores, and all departments using LOGIC ERP Software.
  2. Manage COCO & FOFO stores, all warehouses, and office staff working on LOGIC ERP Software.
  3. Provide training to new joiners and existing employees regarding their processes and domain training on the software.
  4. Configure new branch setups, create ledgers for new parties, and update margins in masters as per agreements approved by the accounts team.
  5. Maintain and control the entire company’s branches' stock inventory, manipulating transactions as required.
  6. Monitor and resolve day-to-day user problems and issues within the Web Logic Software, either on-site or through other communication methods.
  7. Coordinate with office staff and the entire group staff to solve their day-to-day issues within the Logic Software.
  8. Deliver new requirements within the timeline for those who want to implement their working processes.
  9. Manage all server data, including new report creation, timely reports, and other transaction processes if required.
  10. Update or maintain software for all users.
  11. Serve as the contact between the IT head and other department heads to develop new areas for the organization, delivering solutions according to guidelines.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of exposure in IT ERP Software Support/Development/Training.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field (BCA/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc).
  • Knowledge of taxation, database filtration (SQL/Oracle), and ERP implementation.
  • Knowledge of retail software troubleshooting and hands-on experience with advanced Excel.
  • Excellent technical skills and good exposure to software, languages, and operating systems.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
