The position

As a Senior Associate I- Compliance at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for: Managing the HCP Office and EFPIA Disclosure. Accounting of HCP upload files. Reporting monthly data of respective HCP/HCO to affiliate. Verifying in-scope affiliate HCP vendor invoices with necessary details and sending them to the third-party payroll team for processing. Meeting defined KPIs and individual targets at the process and individual level. Handling queries and controlling activities. Supporting month-end closure. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent). Good academic track record and grades. Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Compliance/Finance processes. Experience working with ERP systems – Preferably SAP and/or S4 Hana. Strong understanding of HCP/HCO Compliance. Experience working with Compliance processes in a Global pharmaceutical company is preferred. Good communication skills (oral and written). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough and responsible. Good IT skills (MS Office). Stakeholder management skills.
