Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Associated Agency Development Manager to join our team at May I Help You. As an Associated Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agency partners. You will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience in agency development or sales rolesStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesSelf-motivated and target-orientedKnowledge of the consultancy services industry is a plusProficiency in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfactionIdentify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners to expand our customer baseAchieve sales targets and drive business growthConduct market research and stay updated on industry trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for agency developmentProvide regular reports on performance, trends, and opportunities to senior managementStay updated on competitors' activities and market dynamicsTrain and coach agency partners to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities
