RoleAsa Sales Trainer you will be responsible for designing deliveringand overseeing the training programs for a group of 1520 freshgraduates. The training period will extend over 30 days focusing onequipping the trainees with the necessary skills knowledge andmindset to excel in sales within the automotive aftermarketsindustry. The trainees will stay at the campus for 30days
KeyResponsibilities:
TrainingProgram Development:
- Designcomprehensive training programs that cover product knowledge salestechniques customer relationship management and industryspecificinsights.
- Develop training materialspresentations and resources tailored to the needs of freshgraduates.
ClassroomInstruction:
- Conduct engaging andinteractive training sessions for batches of 1520 traineesfostering a positive learningenvironment.
- Utilize various instructionalmethods including roleplaying case studies and group activities toenhance learningoutcomes.
ProductKnowledge and IndustryInsights:
- Ensure trainees have asolid understanding of the companys products as well as an indepthknowledge of the automotive aftermarketsindustry.
- Provide insights into market trendscompetitor analysis and customer behavior to enhance the traineesbusinessacumen.
SkillDevelopment:
- Focus on developingessential sales skills such as effective communication negotiationobjection handling and closingtechniques.
- Conduct regular assessments togauge individual progress and provide constructivefeedback.
Mentoringand Coaching:
- Provide oneononecoaching sessions to address individual learning needs andchallenges.
- Foster a mentorship culture tosupport ongoing professional development beyond the initialtrainingperiod.
PerformanceEvaluation:
- Implement metrics andassessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the trainingprogram.
- Track the performance of traineesposttraining and provide feedback to enhance continuousimprovement.
QualificationsandRequirements:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainerpreferably in the automotive aftermarketssector.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniquesproduct knowledge and industrytrends.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
- Ability to motivate andinspire individuals to achieve salestargets.
- Flexibility to adapt training methodsto meet the diverse needs of trainees.
- Previousexperience working with fresh graduates is aplus.
