Job Description
  • ~18-20+ years of experience
  • ~ 8-10 years in a solutions / capability role with proven track record of leading end to end RFP / RFI processes for large deals in ITES / Consulting space
  • Have atleast 6-8 years of exposure to the Hi-Tech industry – ops / ops support / solutions
  • Owner and reviewer of cross domain bids, solutions construct and commercial model of sizeable deals to develop right win themes
  • Develop digital & automation integrated business solutions through RPA/AI/ML/cloud etc.
  • Support Go-to-Market strategy for HPS; Scan the industry value chain, identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework (including digital automated solutions) to address these opportunities. Develop innovative platforms to differentiate and grow market share
  • Plan and organize to meet the established revenue objectives of the vertical by partnering with the business unit leader and client partner/sales leader through thought leadership and building distinctive advantage for WNS
  • Building reactive capability to improve existing solutions for clients
  • Collaborating with the Business Unit Leader and developing a strong network with Sales and Client Partners
  • Manage, Mentor, Performance Manage the team & Develop Talent
  • Ability to navigate through and liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc. for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients
  • Own content development for marketing collateral i.e. case studies, competency documents, brochures, corporate and domain specific presentations for client visits, competency building, due diligence and bid meetings – through appropriate research
  • Participation in special / strategic projects from time to time
  • Work with Digital teams to understand the digital toolsets available and build customized solution for the clients
  • Actively do research on Hi Tech latest trends and Digital technologies
  • Regular competitive benchmarking on products and services provided by our competitors
  • Work with the Digital team in building relevant RPA / AI / ML solutions to cater to the Technology and Professional services industry

Qualifications
  • 18-20+ years of working experience with a minimum 8 Years of experience in Solutioning
  • Deep understanding of business processes and an off-shore business environment
  • Proven client management skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
  • Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements in a service industry and provide appropriate solution
  • Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication skills.
