Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Planning:

    • Develop and implement project planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and oversee the project planning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project planning team.
    • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any changes.

  • Risk Management and Problem Solving:

    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

    • Evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Utilize project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) to track progress and report on key performance indicators.


Requisitos

Requirements:

  • MBA with a specialization in Project Management or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or project planning roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g.,Zoho, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) and software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English is essential for this position. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered a strong plus.
