Job Description: Head of Planning (MSP Projects Execution) – Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd

Position Overview: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Head of Planning with extensive experience in project scheduling and execution using Microsoft Project (MSP). The candidate will lead the planning function for real estate and lifestyle projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MSP for residential and lifestyle projects.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and update schedules as necessary to mitigate delays.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Perform resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide risk management strategies and create contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Mentor and manage the planning team, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling with Microsoft Project (MSP), preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in critical path analysis and risk management.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in large-scale real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
