Responsibilities

Create and manage MEP project plans, schedules and budget.

Work with project managers and teams to align on project timelines and deliverables.

Develop mitigation strategies of MEP components and identify potential risks.

Validate MEP design documents & specifications to ensure a highly technical, detailed coordinated model compliant with the scope and client requirements.

Procurement process for MEP materials and equipment Responsible for Procurement (Monster) → of MT items insuring in a timely manner delivery is made to the site as per agreed schedule.

Tracks and reports on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements of impacted business units.

Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high quality, on schedule installation of MEP facilities.

Requirements

  • BE in Electrical Engineering or related.
  • At least 7 years in MEP planning and management.
  • In depth understanding of MEP systems, design criteria, and building practices.
  • Working knowledge of project management software and/or tools e.g. Primavera, MS Project etc.
  • Superior leadership and interpersonal skills, collaboration, working in team-based environments
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and formulate of long term strategic plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • FreshBooks and/or QuickbooksExcellent time management, ability to juggle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with design software.
