Overview:The SolarTechnical role is of utmost importance in our organization as it isresponsible for providing technical support expertise and guidancein the field of solar energy. This position plays a crucial role inthe successful design implementation and maintenance of solarenergy systems and projects.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conduct sitesurveys and assess the solar potential of variouslocations.
  • Design and engineer solarphotovoltaic (PV) systems including creating electrical schematicsand system layouts.
  • Provide technical supportduring the installation and commissioning of solar PVsystems.
  • Perform performance evaluations andtroubleshooting of solar PV systems to optimize energyoutput.
  • Ensure compliance with industrystandards codes and regulations for solar energyprojects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to develop and implement innovative solar energysolutions.
  • Create technical documentation andreports for solar energy projects.
  • Stay updatedwith the latest technological advancements and best practices inthe solar industry.
  • Manage and oversee qualitycontrol processes for solar equipment andinstallations.
  • Conduct training sessions andworkshops for internal teams and externalstakeholders.
  • Participate in project planningand budgeting for solar energyinitiatives.
  • Support the development ofproposals and feasibility studies for solarprojects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance the efficiency and performance of solarsystems.
  • Adhere to environmental and safetyregulations while carrying out solar technicalactivities.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering Renewable Energy or relevantfield.
  • Proven experience in designing andengineering solar PV systems.
  • Indepth knowledgeof solar energy principles technologies andcomponents.
  • Proficiency in using solar designsoftware and simulation tools.
  • Familiarity withrelevant industry standards and codes such as NEC IEC andUL.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills in the context of solar energysystems.
  • Strong project management capabilitieswith emphasis on solar energy projects.
  • Abilityto prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Certification in solar PVinstallation maintenance or equivalent is aplus.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safetyregulations related to solarinstallations.
  • Experience in conducting sitesurveys and solar potentialassessments.
