**Job Overview**
Our luxury jewelry brand is seeking a skilled andexperienced **Google Ads Campaign Manager** to enhance our digitalpresence and drive conversionfocused campaigns across InstagramYouTube and LinkedIn. This role involves close collaboration withour outsourced senior creative team to guide manage and posthighquality engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digitalmarketing landscape particularly in the jewelry industry and beadept at leveraging platformspecific strategies to maximize brandexposure and customerengagement.

**KeyResponsibilities(KRAs):**

1.**PlatformSpecific Strategy & Execution:**
**Instagram**: Lead campaigns including Stories Reels and Shoppingads with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
**YouTube**: Plan and execute video campaigns that reflect ourbrand aesthetics and enhance viewership.
**LinkedIn**:Manage posts comments and networking efforts to engage highnetworthclients and industry influencers.
Develop and maintaina content calendar that aligns with brand promotions seasonaltrends and product launches.

2. **Coordination& Collaboration:**
Act as the primary liaisonbetween the brand and the outsourced creative team.
Provide the creative team with necessary assets such as jewelryphotos product details and audience insights.
Monitorindustry trends competitor activity and best practices to informcampaign strategies.

3. **Content &Ad Optimization:**
Assist in developing monitoring andoptimizing content and ad campaigns tailored to each platformsaudience.
Ensure platformspecific content and adformats maximize visibility and engagement.

4. **PerformanceTracking & Reporting:**
Generate biweekly ormonthly reports detailing key metrics including engagement reachCTR and conversions.
Provide actionable insights andrecommendations to improve campaign performance continuously.

**KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs):**
Growth in engagementrates on Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.
Increasedconversions (sales or inquiries) driven by platformspecific contentand ads.
Improvement in lead quality and volume throughcampaigns.
Adherence to social media calendarschedules.
Timely and effective coordination with thecreative team for content delivery.

**Qualifications& Experience:**
Bachelors degree in MarketingCommunications or a related field.
35 years ofexperience in digital advertising and social media managementpreferably in jewelry luxury or fashion industries.
Proven success in managing campaigns on Instagram YouTube andLinkedIn with measurable ROI.
Knowledge of the Telugulanguage and culture is an advantage.
