JobOverview: Our luxury jewelry brand seeks anexperienced Digital Ad Manager to drive our presence andconversionfocused campaigns on social media primarily on InstagramYouTube LinkedIn. This role requires coordinating with ouroutsourced senior creative team to guide manage and posthighquality engaging content. The ideal candidate will understandthe digital marketing landscape particularly for jewelry and beadept at leveraging these platforms to maximize brand exposure andcustomer engagement.

KeyResponsibilities(KRAs):

  1. PlatformSpecificStrategy &Execution:
    • Instagram:Lead campaign development including Stories Reels and Shopping adsfocusing on high engagement andconversions.
    • YouTube:Plan and implement video campaigns ensuring content aligns withbrand aesthetics and drivesviewership.
    • LinkedIn:Manage LinkedIn posts and comments plus networking communication totarget highnetworth clients and industryinfluencers.
    • Oversee scheduling and postingmaintaining a content calendar that aligns with brand promotionsseasonal trends and product launches across allplatforms.
  2. Coordination& Collaboration:
    • Act as thebridge between our brand and the outsourced creativeteam.
    • Supply the creative team with allnecessary assets including jewelry photos product details andinsights into current trends and audiencepreferences.
    • Gather and share data on relevanttrends competitor activity and social media bestpractices.
  3. Content& Ad Optimization:
    • Assist toDevelop monitor and optimize content /ad campaigns tailored to eachplatforms audience dynamics.
    • Focus on contentand ad formats specific to each platform enhancing visibility andengagement with targetaudiences.
  4. PerformanceTracking &Reporting:
    • Generatebimonthly/monthly reports on key metrics (engagement reach CTRconversions) specific to Instagram YouTubeLinkedIn.
    • Provide actionable insights andrecommendations to enhance campaign performancecontinuously.

KeyPerformance Indicators(KPIs):

  • Growth inplatformspecific engagement rates on Instagram YouTubeLinkedIn.
  • Increase in content/addrivenconversions (target percentage for jewelry sales orinquiries).
  • Lead quality and volume fromplatformspecific content/adcampaigns.
  • Efficiency in managing and adheringto social media calendarschedules.
  • Responsiveness in coordinating withthe creative team for timely contentdelivery.

Qualifications&Experience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
  • 35 years of experience in digitaladvertising and social media management for jewelry luxury orfashion sectors.
  • Proven success in managingcampaigns on Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn with demonstratedROI.
  • Knowledge of Telugu language and cultureis aplus.
