Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Location: Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization, across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate insights into strategic planning and campaign development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

Oversee the creation and optimization of digital marketing assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns, to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage new opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, and provide regular updates and insights to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.


Requirement:


● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

● Proven expertise in multiple areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.

● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders.

● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

● Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and coach team members, provide guidance and direction, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

● Proven ability to manage digital marketing budgets, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
