Responsibilities

Act on Incidents reported by our network management tools Act on Incidents reported by the customer ( via our service desk ) Practively test & upgrade software on various devices Analyse capacity management reports & propose improvements Prepare and execute Change requests Remotely Configure new devices Interact with multiple teams (Helpdesk , Customer , Service delivery Mgr. ) Make technical advisory / designs for customer network migrations. Make technical advisory to improve customer security environment. Communicate & raise incidents to 3the party (vendors / telecom providers ) Create and update documentation sets. Propose improvement plans (technical & human activity) Proactively seek guidance from peers and seniors where required. Team presentations on your activities Propose improvements for our our network management tools / Configuration. Analyse reporting before used by Service Delivery Manager Understand vendor product / solution evolutions.
This role involves client interaction. The scope of products / vendors covers – Cisco (Routing & SDWAN, ACI / Catalyst & Nexus Switching / Aironet Wireless /
ASA/Firepower Firewall, PRIME, ISE) Meraki (Wireless / Firewall / SDWAN) F5 (LTM, ASM, APM, GTM ) Fortinet (Firewall, Forti Manager) Palo Alto (Firewall, Panaroma)

Specialized Skills Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience ( see list of vendors ) Hands on experience to work in an ITIL structured organisation dealing with
Incident / Change / Problem management Hands on experience in handling any of major IT infrastructure vendor
products such as Cisco , Meraki , F5 , Fortinet , Palo Alto. Expert with implementing and supporting routing protocols. Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analyzers. Configuring network & security devices with end to end security in mind. Configuring end to end Quality of Service Troubleshout using traffic analysers , netflow colectors , capacity management
tools. Understand to interprete wireless ( WIFI ) site survey reports Execute / tune wireless ( WIFI ) radio management. Incident Report Document writing. Documentation ( MS Word ) & drawing ( MS Visio ) updates Participating in Team & Customer meetings.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English language. Understanding of NetApp storage array & Brocade FC switch architecture. Good understanding of Networks Previous experience of working with project team & deliver as per design Good understanding & working knowledge on HP-UX, LINUX, Windows 2008+, VMware ESXi. Good understanding of Cloud & Virtualized environments Good Understanding of ITIL processes Basic understanding of Zerto Knowledge of Backups systems will be a bonus.

➢ Excellent knowledge & Experience with the combinations of minimum twotechnologies mentioned below are Preferred Cisco(R&S,DC),SDWAN,ACI,Wireless,Security(Firewalls),Load Balancers(F5) Preferred Certifications below ( Any two certfications added advantage)

➢ Cisco CCIE Routing & Switching
➢ Cisco CCIE Security/Wireless
➢ Fortinet NSE 3 or Higher
➢ Palo Alto(PCNSA/PCNSE)
➢ F5 Certified Administrator/Technical Specialist/Solution Expert
➢ Meraki Certified Meraki Network Operator Awareness ITIL® V3 framework▪
