JobDescriptionThe RecruitmentTeam Leader will be responsible for guiding a team dedicated to themanagement of the endtoend recruitment activity. This will includethe ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity withinthe aligned portfolio. This role will work closely with relevantstakeholders whilst contributing to the resourcingneeds.
Keyresponsibilities1. Manage andmonitor end to end recruitment activity for academic andprofessional appointments across the aligned portfolio and in linewith key organizational requirements2.Responsible for guiding a team through the day to day workloadensuring you develop and mentor each individual across therecruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellenceexpectations and measurements against department deliverables andKPIs.3. Lead and contribute to thedevelopment review and implementation of policies and procedures tomeet legislative organizational and operational efficiency needswhilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in linewith operational recruitment excellence and qualityassurance4. Maximize the use andeffectiveness of resources (i.e.: people systems and processes) todeliver and manage accurate and highquality endtoend recruitmentservices ensuring the team produce excellence in quality andcustomer service throughout5. Workcooperatively and collaboratively with other recruiters to deliverhigh quality consistent services to internal and externalstakeholders6. Ensure the experiencedelivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned byexcellence in customer service withoutcompromise
Education/Qualifications1.Postgraduate qualification/s in HR or other relevant discipline andextensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination ofrelevant experience and/or education/training Knowledge andSkills2. Proven experience and knowledge ofthe endtoend recruitment process including best practice approachesin line with the current industrybenchmark3. Demonstrated experience inleading and coaching a team through the recruitment lifecyclewhilst delivering high quality excellent endtoend recruitment andan enhanced client and candidateexperience4. Knowledge of the currentrecruiting market to attract a high caliber of potential candidatesfor vacant positions and build talent pipelines that align withworkforce planning and organizationalgoals5. Should be work targetbased and ableto handle more than 6 team members.6. Provencapability in recruitment analysis and development of processmatrices for contribution to continuousimprovement7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varyingstakeholder levels and preferences8. Strongattention to detail with an ability to manage competing prioritiesand maintain quality service delivery when working underpressure9. Experience in technical and nontechnical hiring10.A collaborative approachto building professional relationships and working within a team tocontribute to the team vision11. Experiencein effective job posting and jobportals.
