Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies.
Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
. Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Coordination of further selection process
Salary Negotiation.
Background verification.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
