Position Overview:
The Assistant Practice Manager will oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of healthcare providers and non-providers in outpatient clinics in the United States. The role involves implementing and managing schedules, resolving issues, and anticipating risks while providing strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to improving processes.

Responsibilities: Manage the schedules of healthcare providers and staff, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Participate in the development of strategic plans to support the organization's long-term goals. Ensure all operations in respective departments are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Conducting meetings with senior management to align operational strategies with the overall mission and vision of the organization. Resolving the issues or complaints faced by providers, non-providers & patients. Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions. Requirements: Candidate must have a Master’s degree in the management field. At least five years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 2 years of experience as a manager or team lead. Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and US insurance will be a plus point. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion:
