Job Overview


An exciting opportunity to join VerveNest Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Inside Sales Executive. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales, possess excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, and be proficient in using CRM tools and MS Excel.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales
  • Communication skills in Kannada and English
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and driven
  • Good organizational and time management skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present product/service information to clients, highlighting the value and benefits
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM system
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Core key skill is the ability to do 50 to 100 outbound calls effectively per day
