You’ll make adifference by:

The Head of Digital PeopleSolutions Team in India is a strategic role responsible for designing,implementing, and driving the adoption of digital HR platforms and solutions inthe region Asia Pacific as well as Middle East.

1. Collaboratingwith Stakeholders:

·Workclosely with HR stakeholders and customers to understand their needs toidentify opportunities for digitalization and to continuously generate businessvalue.

·Ensurethat digital solutions meet business objectives and enhance employeeexperiences.

2. Designingthe regional Digital HR Strategy:

·Identifyopportunities for digital solutions that enhance HR processes, such asrecruitment, talent management, on- / offboarding, performance and successionmanagement, learning and skills management, and employee engagement.

·Promotethe adoption of digital tools and technologies like Workday, ServiceNow, andother DPS products/ solutions within the organization.

3. ManagingDigital HR Platforms, IT Architecture and IT services:

·Leadthe development, testing and deployment of digital solutions and IT services,including HR information systems (e.g. ServiceNow), employee self-serviceportals, mobile applications, and other service offerings such as test center.

·Managethe operations of IT services to meet customer satisfaction and SLAs, financialtargets and business value.

·Ensuringglobal collaboration with customers and service delivery alike.

4. Sourcing& People Management:

·Managea growing team of 10-20 people in terms of their personal growth and continuousdevelopment

·Performsourcing and capacity planning for the resources in various workstreams such asof testing, requirement gathering or service management in close alignment withglobal topic owner.

Your successis grounded in:

·Minimum10-12 years’ experience in HRIT & HR Technology domain

·Experiencein managing mid-large sized teams

·Greatcommunication skills

·Experiencein working in multicultural environment

·Consultingand solutioning experience in HR Technology space is a plus.
