A Leading FMCG Company is looking for Sales Executive, who will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company's products within the assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships with key clients, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned products and regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Ensure the product range is effectively promoted and positioned in the market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to customers, ensuring high service standards.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and changes.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and distributors.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
