A Leading FMCG Company is looking for Sales Executive, who will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company's products within the assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships with key clients, and meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, with excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the FMCG market, and the ability to manage a variety of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned products and regions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
    • Ensure the product range is effectively promoted and positioned in the market.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide excellent post-sales support to customers, ensuring high service standards.
  3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:

    • Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and changes.
    • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and distributors.
    • Assist in the development of promotional strategies and campaigns.
    • Ensure product visibility through proper merchandising and in-store displays.
  4. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Track inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  5. Promotions & Events:

    • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand awareness.
    • Implement local marketing and sales initiatives to drive consumer demand.
