Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Owning annual sales target
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Responsible to increase market share
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Optimum utilization of resources and controlling of overhead expenses
  • Forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability
  • Sales team recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees, monitoring and appraising
  • Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitoring changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
  • Training and leading a large team, providing discipline and performance feedback
  • Involved in the recruitment and mentoring of new staff
  • Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes
  • Developing positive direct relationships with key business contacts
  • Monitoring day to day cash collection, accounting and deposits
  • Ensuring secondary routes are well planned and managed for optimum distribution
  • Review and maintain the sales operation cost by route by area to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinating with plant for day to day production, based on market demand
  • Optimum utilization of resources and controlling of overhead expenses
  • Ensuring the best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
