Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying, researching, and nurturing potential clients and building a pipeline of job opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in research, cold outreach, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
• Use tools like LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and CRM software to identify and engage prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and online interactions.
• Develop and maintain a strong database of leads and client contacts.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
• Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies and best practices.
