Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Identify and research target audiences and develop campaigns to attract qualified leads.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the content team to create and promote lead generation assets (eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive lead acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and update CRM systems with new leads and track their progression through the sales funnel.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to optimize conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper handoff of qualified leads and alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proven ability to create and manage successful lead generation campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI.
Understanding of the customer journey and how to create strategies that align with each stage of the funnel.
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
