JobProile: Area Sales Manager (IDEA)
Location:Indore

OverviewofRole:

Thecandidate will be responsible for finding and retaining clientsencouraging extant clients to purchase added products or featuresand remaining abreast of changes in consumption within theallocated geography of a specific state.

He/She willalso be required to build capacity in team through regular trainingand mentorship to ensure a motivated team that effectively achievesbusiness objectives within assigned geography. The role willinvolve significant travelling in within the stateallocated.

Responsibility:

Deliveryof sales revenue gross margin and demand creation modules for thestate within the defined costbudgets

Detailed:

Develop andimplement appropriate demand generation modules to engageeffectively with the assignedTG

Gain Insight inthe market and understand which products can gain traction for theassignedTG

Identify exploreand leverage key products in themarket

Defining theproduct and deployment strategy along with appropriatepricing

Developappropriate training modules and execute both for team andTG.

Skills:

Demonstratedability to achieve sales plans in complexsituations

Understanding ofthe influencer community and their requirements in WaterproofingPaints Plasters Textures Wood Coatings and Specialityfinishes

Entrepreneurialmind set and ability to find solutions in a market with limitedresources

Ability to buildpositive working relationships both internally andexternally;

Effectivebusiness skills in conceptualizing and presentinginformation

TeamResponsibilities:

Keep clientdatabase updated; Build an accurate and effective database ofcurrent and potential on approvedplatforms

Should maintaina healthy and a long term relation withClients;

Prepare andmanage a marketing plan for an intended product service idea orevent to engage or train theTG

Executing& Coordinating business generation activities. Creating andmaintaining a list/database of prospect clients on approvedplatforms

Handle end toend sales of generatedleads;

Generate NewClient and revive the Oldclient;

Maintainweekly/monthly sales data andreports;



Requirements

AgeGroup 26 to 35years

Relevantmanagerial experience of 35 years in the cementindustry

Possesses anenergetic outgoing and friendlydemeanour;

Effectivecommunicator and a greatstoryteller;

Demonstrateshigh ethical values and analyticalskills;

Excellent verbaland written communication skills; the ability to call connect andinteract with potentialcustomers



Age Group 26 to 35 years Relevant managerial experience of 3-5years in the cement industry Possesses an energetic, outgoing, andfriendly demeanor; Effective communicator and a great storyteller;Demonstrates high ethical values and analytical skills; Excellentverbal and written communication skills; the ability to call,connect and interact with potential customers
