JobDescription

Thisis a pivotal role involving complete supervision &monitoring of IIDE s flagship online & offline programs.The role entails multistakeholder management and ensuring the beststudent experience for all programs. The Senior associate will playa vital role in managing escalations checking key performanceindicators anticipating bottlenecks and ensuring strategicdecisions are made to enhance student success.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitorthe Course management team on service & program delivery.

  • Overseethe complete student journey from onboarding and learning tograduation ensuring a consistently positive and fulfillingexperience for allstudents.

  • Manageand resolve student/trainer escalations ensuring smooth andsatisfactoryoutcomes.

  • Delegateand supervise daily tasks among team members steering them towardestablished milestones and the highest standards of studentexperience.

  • Ensurethe delivery team efficiently manages trainer schedules achievingexceptional feedbackscores.

  • Maintainan optimal balance between internal and external faculties whilemanaging associated costs in alignment with managementdirectives.

  • Collaborateclosely with the Head of Student Success to devise and implementtraining processes and strategies for seamless execution ofprograms/courses while ensuring minimal revenue leakage.

  • Defineclear deliverables roles and responsibilities for the Coursemanagementteam.

  • Researchand implement process efficiencies leveraging automation to enhancestudent efficiency and trainermanagement.

  • Continuouslymonitor and analyze student attendance assignment completiongrievances and retention data drawing conclusions and implementingpractical improvementsolutions.

  • Conductsurveys to assess and enhance the overall Student Experiencerefining and upholding exceptionalstandards.

  • Ensurekey academic events like orientation convocation are planned andexecuted well.

  • Undertakeany other reasonable duties within the broad scope of the positionas requested bymanagement.


Requirements

RequiredExperience AndQualifications

  • Enthusiasticengagement in studentfacing roles for a minimum of 8years.

  • Provenleadership experience within edtech or studentcentricenvironments.

  • Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 1015 individuals towardscollective success andgrowth.

  • Vibrantand optimistic mindset adept at leveraging analytical skills forcreativeproblemsolving.

  • Demonstratedability to navigate and resolve challenging situations ensuring adelightful experience for students at everystep.



Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
