We are seeking a Sales Managerfor our Dubaibasedoperations who will spearhead our dynamic sales teamwithin a rapidly growing company. This pivotal role will beintegral to our B2C sales function focusing on achieving enrolmenttargets for our courses catering to both the local andinternational markets. Reporting directly to senior management thisposition requires a driven individual capable of driving newcustomer acquisition and motivating our sales teams to surpass settargets. Experience within the Edtech industry is a prerequisitefor thisrole.

Responsibilities:

SalesTargetAchievement:

  • Drivenew customer acquisitionefforts
  • Convert leads from diversemarketing channels intosales
  • Provide direct management andmentorship to sales counselors fostering revenue growth throughdirect sales and telesales
  • Achievetargeted topline revenues as outlined in the businessplan

SalesStrategy:

  • Developand execute comprehensive sales strategies and promotionalactivities to boost sales for variousproducts
  • Gain insights into studentrequirements and contribute to product enhancements based onfeedback andinteractions

TeamManagement:

  • Leadand manage a diverse team of 30 salesprofessionals
  • Conduct training oneffective calls sales pitches and objectionhandling
  • Establish and ensure teamtargets are met
  • Brainstorm andimplement crossselling and upsellingstrategies
  • Devise monthly incentivestructures aligned withtargets
  • Oversee recruitmentprocesses including interviews and hiring of new teammembers

ReportingandAudits:

  • Continuouslymonitor team performance using keymetrics
  • Report overall teamperformance including metrics such as weekly/biweekly revenue persalesperson and average revenue persalesperson
  • Conduct regular auditsin our CRM system to ensure optimal lead utilization by teammembers


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 810 years of proven salesexperience
  • Demonstrated track recordof managing teams of 10
  • Exceptionalcommunication and managementabilities
  • Indepth understanding ofconversion rates within theindustry
  • Strong customer focus witha salesoriented mindset
  • Proficiencyin CRMs and Sales automationtools
  • Expertise in MS Officesuite
  • Skilled in objectionhandling

  • Enhance and sustain salesconversion rates

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
