Bench Sales Recruiter

Drive ITlooking for highly motivated and resultsdriven IT Staffing BenchSales recruiters with at least 3 years of experience working as ITbench sales recruiters in US IT staffing to work with our client.The selected applicant will be in charge of developing andimplementing marketing strategies that will drive business growthand increase brand awareness for IT staffing services. The BenchSales Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying and engagingtop talent for bench positions within the organization. They areresponsible for building and maintaining relationships withconsultants vendors and clients to ensure successful placement ofconsultants on bench status. This role is essential in ensuring astrong talent pipeline and optimizing resourceutilization.
KeyResponsibilities
- Identify engage andbuild relationships with potential candidates for benchpositions.
- Manage endtoend bench sales cyclefrom sourcing to placement.
- Collaborate withsales and recruitment teams to understand client requirements andeffectively match candidates to open benchpositions.
- Negotiate rates terms and conditionswith vendors and consultants.
- Develop andmaintain a network of contacts to enhance bench salesopportunities.
- Manage consultants on benchstatus including documentation followups andremarketing.
- Responsible for promoting our ownH1B and EAD consultants using an internal database personalcontacts vendor partnerships publishing their profiles on differentonline job sites referrals and internet groups
- Applying for jobs in multiple job portals such as Dice MonsterCareer Builder and TechFetch on behalf of ourconsultants.
- Should be Involved in extensivefollowup with vendors extending offers and managing the offerprocess.
- Call preferred vendors to find outwhether they have any contract openings for our technicalconsultants.
- Ensuring that all new JuniorMarketing staff members are provided with the training andresources needed to be successful in theirpositions
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelorsor Masters degree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield
- Provenexperience in one or more of the following (or related) fields: USIT staffing sales/account management business developmentinside/outsidesales
- Willing to workas per US timings ( 6:00 p.m IST 2:00a.m IST)
- Outstandingcommunication and negotiationskills
- Knowledge ofindustryspecific products services andsolutions
- Should beproficient in MS Office and other tools to record all daytoday workdone maintain it and report to senior management with the relevantdata.
