Job profile Purchase Executive
Procurement Officer process purchasing transactions for materialssupplies andservices.
The key responsibilities include daytoday operations in the areasof forecasting/purchasing and coordinating between customersrequirement and factory shipping schedule handling as well theinbound transport/freightrequirements.
KeyResponsibilities:
Processpurchase requisitions / orders. Followup with Suppliers ondeliveries and coordinate with Inventory to ensure that all itemsare delivered on time and updated in the system withoutdelays.
Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties adviseProcurement Manager of any discrepancies/amendments of any POs aspart of theprocess.
Prepare and maintain purchasing records reports and price lists.Maintain rating system as a tool for measuring delivery adherencefor future reference at the time of POissuance.
Administer contract performance including delivery receipt warrantydamages andinsurance
Reconcile or resolve valuediscrepancies
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative workingrelationships with colleagues andmanagement.
Review and approve shipments and documents from suppliers accordingto agreedterms.

QualificationAnd Experience:
1. PostGraduate Diploma or equivalent degree related to supply chain isconsidered an asset with 23 Years in a Manufacturing Industry& should have knowledge of supply chain production andprocessing relevant tools and technology applicable regulations andstandards administration andmanagement
2.Software Knowledge / Skills MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word) andpreferred to have experience with Procurement related ERPsystem(s).
3.Ability to do multitasking; good team player with a strongpersonality and Ability to work in a multiculturalenvironment
