Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Bangalore team. This full-time position is ideal for freshers eager to launch their careers. The role involves prospecting, managing customer relationships, and driving sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the value of NoBroker's offerings and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in sales prospecting to identify and engage potential customers efficiently for increased conversions.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term client connections.
- In-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Effective negotiation skills to close deals with favorable terms for both parties involved.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate information and build rapport with clients.
- Experience in closing techniques to successfully finalize sales transactions and meet targets.
- Ability to qualify leads by evaluating their potential and prioritizing follow-ups for maximum efficiency.
Competency in sales pipeline management to track leads, opportunities, and drive sales
Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bengaluru (Bangalore)
- Position Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Up to 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA (inclusive of variable components & based on current relevant experience)

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers:
- Education - Above 10th /Graduation/HSC qualified.

- Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Description: This position reports to the and interfaces with company managers and end customers.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
- Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Is energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in NoBroker's services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads and opportunities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of NoBroker's offerings to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall sales performance and reach company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide insights to clients.
