BharatX is a VC Backed early-stage FinTech startup that uses technology to empower the Indian Middle Class with credit. Approximately 110 Million Households whose income is more than 5 lakh per annum, do not get access to Formal Credit. BharatX wants to change that by enabling Credit-as-a-Feature on Consumer facing apps

Our access to data allows us to innovate with products which remove barriers and lowers costs at the same time. We are changing the way credit is made available to the Indian middle class.You will be entrusted with a portfolio of our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture these relationships, ensuring a deep and enduring trust between our clients and our company.

Responsibilities :

    • Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
    • Research, track, maintain and update leads.
    • Contact prospects to qualify leads.
    • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
    • Research and maintain a lead generation database.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the D2C channel.
      Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals.
    • Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance.

Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in a Growth role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
    • Proficiency in understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong communication and pitching skills.
    • Familiar with CRM software.
