Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Hacker to join our team. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and execute on initiatives that drive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product features and enhancements that drive growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain growth metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with growth tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Optimizely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
