Description

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth? We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our dynamic SaaS startup. As a Growth Hacker, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, developing and executing innovative strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads. This role offers the opportunity to shape our marketing approach and grow with our company.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that attracts and engages our target audience.
  • Create high-quality content such as blogs, infographics, and videos.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling content.

SEO:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making adjustments as needed.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow our presence across social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Create and share content that resonates with our audience.
  • Engage with target community members and participate in relevant industry conversations.

Landing Page and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective design and messaging.
  • Use analytics tools to track conversion rates and make data-driven improvements.

Collaboration with Sales and Product:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Provide the sales team with insights and data on lead behavior and interests.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with product updates and features.


Key Metrics

  1. Number of inbound leads generated or demos booked
  2. Growth in social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
  3. Performance metrics for ad campaigns (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per lead)


Required Skills

  1. Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  2. Strong communication (verbal & written) and video production skills
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  4. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social advertising platforms will be a plus
