Job Responsibilities :

.

Ensure working of automation in Own Terminalworks to its fullest potential following Operating, HSSE, Quality, Quantity,Maintenance & Statutory norms while handling petroleum products to servethe customer.

Job Accountabilities 

Minimumoperating and transit losses

Proper line up and best cooperation with the Jetty officer/boarding officer to assess and get correct quantities leading to less losses

Ensure that the present product stock as per the TIS ismatching with the previous days day end closing stock

Ensure utmost care during product receipts , deliveries andintertank transfers to avoid any spills

Reductionin costs

Proper line up and best cooperation with the Jetty officer/boarding officer for timely discharge to ensure nil demurrages

Monitoring own consumption of Fuel

Ensure the availability of pumps s in auto/remote mode toavoid idle running

Achievement of Q & Q proposition andcustomer satisfaction

To update Density @15°C as per the Batch formationcertificate in TIS from time to time

Monitoring the material temperature captured by RTD vs theactual material temperature physically recorded by GI. And 15°C densitycaptured by online densitometry Vs thedensity recorded in SAP system on regular basisalso monitor preset Vs actual delivered qty of each BCU and TAS systemcontinuous basis for accurate deliveries

Monitor average TT cycle time inside the Terminal tominimise delays in sending replenishment of product to customers

Totalcompliance to Operations, HSSE, and Quality management system and maintenanceprocedures

Ensuring 100% working of automation and Instrumentation.Raising deviation requests for any defects / malfunctioning of Instruments

Ensuring proper functioning and timelycalibration/proving/maintenance of Instrument like densitometer,TE, TurbineFlow meter etc, product pump, PDT, over spill sensor, instrument air pressureetc

Periodic checking / calibration of ATG with manual gauging

Checking of BCU/MOV status, checking the bay allocationactivity performing deactivation/activation of bay based on bay meterperformance and handing over it for maintenance job

To keep track of all alarms and take prompt action,Reduction of alarms on month to month basis

Periodic data back-ups stored

Keeping track of Invensys Engineer visit reports andmodifications

Monitoring the performance of TCS on regular basis andtrouble shooting in co-ordination with Instrument / APC group and generation,reconciliation of performance reports

Keep abreast of all operating and ESD procedures and ensuresmooth operation

Comply to all ISO requirements, undertake internal ISOaudits and achieve nil non conformities in ISO audits

Ensure maintenance of IT infrastructure viz. LAN, VSAT, ITRacks, PCs, Printers, VC facility, TV, Video, other electronic equipments bycoordinating with IT Helpdesk / Service Engineers appropriately

Ensure maintenance upkeep of PAC equipments

Ensuring working of engineering station panel cooling fans,maintaining of Temperature in C room, Engineering station room for healthyworking of all electronic panels

Ensuring that no rats / pests enter in to the c room / UPS/ IT room / AC ducts and effect the sensitive electrical / electronicparts

Keep abreast of fire order and onsite emergency plan andensure ender tank farm team are fully framed On the same and perform roles asdefined in the documents

Ensure use of PPEs and system of work permits

Maintaining of work permit register and tracking of closedpermits.

Maintaining Terminal equipment manuals library, Terminaldrawings, vendor manuals etc

Learningand Development

Impart functional training to employees and agency staff

Arrange to conduct toolbox talks to TT crew and othercontract staff

Education Requirement :

Graduate Engineer(Preferably Instrumentation).

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 2-3 yearsexperience in RRTF/ Plant
