PrimaryResponsibilities
- Maintaincomplete knowledge of all hotel features/services menusentertainment options unique activities and eventsvenues.
- Promote positive relations withpartners guests suppliers andemployees.
- Accommodate all guests and partnersrequests expediently and courteously handle guest complaintspromptly and to their satisfaction.
- Identifyand target potential accounts to promote and sell our hotel developprofessional relationships with key players to buildbusiness.
- Conduct presentations siteinspections and negotiations to secure new business and buildstrong long term relationships with keypartners.
- Fully responsible of accounts underhis/her management including contracting updating profilemonitoring production and renewingcontracts.
- Promote and sell our event spacesfor weddings meetings incentives and other specialoccasions.
- Collaborate with the events team toensure seamless execution and exceptional guestexperiences.
- Prepare and follow up of quotesand groups proposals converting leads into salesopportunities.
- Maintain accurate records ofsales activities client interactions and bookingdetails.
- Prepare regular reports and forecastson sales performance and marketopportunities.
- Stay informed about markettrends competitor activities and industry developments providinginsights and recommendations based on market research to refinesales approaches and enhance our competitiveedge.
- Maintain good relationships withcounterparts at competing hotels; promote all Raffles Hotelswhenever possible.
- Attend hotel client eventsand overseas events (tradeshow corporate events) as necessary toengage with potential clients for networking and building strategicpartnerships.

KnowledgeandExperience
- Diplomain Tourism / Hospitality Management / EventsManagement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in asimilar capacity
- Excellent reading writing andoral proficiency in English language
- Proficientin MS Excel Word &PowerPoint
