Asa Zoho Developer youll needto:

  • Implementationcustomization and administration of a suite of Zoho Oneapplications including ZOHO CRM Books Analytics Creator ProjectsDesketc.
  • Workwith the support team to resolve any reported issues track issuesand provide periodicupdates.
  • Workexperience with Zoho Creator and developing apps usingit.
  • Developcustom CRM features and widgets and functionalities in support ofcustomerneeds.
  • Supportto complete projects independently andsuccessfully.
  • Usevarious strategies and tools to provide effective solutions tocustomersconcerns.
  • Communicatingwith clients engineers and other technicians to ensure thatservices are deliveredeffectively.
  • Promptlyfollowing up on service requests and providing customerfeedback.


Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of experience implementing Zohoproducts.
  • Goodto have experience in Deluge Scripting API Integration with ZohoApps JavaScript HTML CSS React PHP andSQL.
  • Shouldhave experience in Apps: Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Creator Zoho FlowZoho Analytics Zoho Desk and Zoho Marketingapps.
  • Shouldhave Certifications: Zoho CRM and/or Creator (HighlyPreferable)
  • BSdegree in Information Technology Computer Science or relevantfield.
  • Familiaritywith remote desktop applications and help desksoftware.
  • Theability to deal with multiple requests without beingoverwhelmed.
  • Theability to remain professional underpressure.
  • Superbwork ethic and a growth mindset.
