Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the Zoho One suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Books, Inventory, People, and Creator, among others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless integrations, custom workflows, and automate business processes to optimize productivity and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Zoho Application Development & Customization:
  • Develop and customize Zoho applications to meet business requirements using Deluge script and other Zoho development tools.
  • Configure, implement, and optimize Zoho One applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, and more.
  • Create and configure custom modules, fields, workflows, templates, and layouts across various Zoho applications.
  • Build and maintain custom integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
2. Workflow Automation & Process Optimization:
  • Automate business processes using Zoho Workflow, Zoho Blueprint, and Zoho Flow.
  • Implement conditional workflows and approval processes for sales, procurement, HR, and finance.
  • Optimize workflow efficiency by automating manual tasks such as invoicing, payroll, customer support tickets, and task assignments.
3. Zoho Creator Development:
  • Build custom applications using Zoho Creator to meet specific business needs, from database management to field service automation.
  • Design forms, scripts, and reports within Zoho Creator to automate unique business processes.
  • Develop mobile applications for field staff using Zoho Creator Mobile.
4. Data Migration & Import:
  • Oversee data migration projects from legacy systems to Zoho applications.
  • Ensure accurate data import/export and perform regular data validation and clean-up tasks.
  • Utilize Zoho APIs for bulk data uploads and updates across multiple apps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Zoho applications, including development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho’s API framework.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, and other core Zoho One apps.
  • Experience with Zoho Creator, building custom applications, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Zoho solutions (Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Zoho certification is a plus.
