Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Record Retrieval. As a Record Retrieval, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing information from various sources to support our clients' needs. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in record retrieval or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong convincing skills to gather required information
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in data entry management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Effective team management and collaboration
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Retrieve and compile records from various sources, such as databases, files, and online platforms
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of retrieved records
  • Organize and maintain records in a systematic manner
  • Verify the authenticity and confidentiality of records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information
  • Review records for any discrepancies or errors and take necessary corrective actions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for record retrieval and management
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding record retrieval
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in handling sensitive records
