Back Office Executive

**Job Summary**
The office executive will be mainly responsible for smooth functioning of the Department by performing documentation activities. It will include extensive co-ordination with the team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
The job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Producing Information by Transcribing, Formatting, Inputting, Editing, Retrieving, Copying, And Transmitting text, Data, and Graphics.
- Conserving Executive’s Time by Reading, Researching and Routing Correspondence; Drafting Letters and Documents; Collecting and Analyzing Information; Initiating Telecommunications and Travel.
- Representing the Executive by Attending Meetings in the Executive’s Absence; Speaking for the Executive.
- Maintaining Customer Confidence and Protects Operations by keeping Information Confidential.
- Completing Projects by Assigning work to Clerical Staff, Following up on Results.
- Preparing Reports by Collecting and Analyzing Information.
- Securing Information by Completing Database Backups.
- Providing Historical Reference by Developing and Utilizing Filing and Retrieval Systems; Recording Meeting Discussions.
- Maintaining Professional and Technical Knowledge by Attending Educational Workshops; Reviewing Professional Publication; Establishing Personal Networks; Participating in Professional Societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related Results as Needed.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Graduation is mandatory.
No experience required.
