Responsibilities:

TheCandidate will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturingrelationships with clients answering inquiries and bookingappointments. The Candidate is also responsible for engaging withclients and redirecting queries to relevantdepartments.

1. Cold Calling: Initiateoutbound calls to potential customers to introduce the companysproducts/services and generate interest.

2. LeadGeneration:Identify and qualify potential leads through effectivecommunication and probing questions.

3.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional andfriendly manner addressing their queries providing information andbuilding rapport.
4. Database Management: Maintainaccurate and updated records of customer interactions and relevantinformation in the database.

5.Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of thecompanys products/services to effectively communicate theirfeatures and benefits to potentialcustomers.

6. Followup Calls: Conduct followupcalls to nurture leads answer additional questions and moveprospects through the sales funnel.

7.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights duringconversations to contribute to the improvement of products/servicesand overall customer satisfaction.

8.Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team toalign efforts and contribute to achieving teamgoals.

9. Meeting Targets: Strive to achievedaily weekly and monthly targets set by the supervisor or teamleader.

Qualifications:

  • AnyGraduate.
  • Prior experience of at least 1 year /as a Telecaller or similar role.
  • ExcellentCommunication and InterpersonalSkills
  • Comfortable with making cold calls andwilling to work towards targets
  • Good convincingskills along with friendly and courteous telephoneetiquette
  • Capable of multitasking prioritizingand managing workload efficiently
  • SalesAptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the abilityto influence potentialcustomers.
  • Adaptability:Willingness to learnand adapt to changing sales strategies and marketdynamics.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency inusing CRM software Microsoft Office and other relevanttools.

    Ans. You can expect aminimum salary of 12000 INR which can go up to 24000 INR. Thesalary offered will depend on your skills experience andperformance in the interview.
