Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads with the aim of converting them into sales.
2. Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
3. Provide information about products/services, emphasizing key selling points.
4. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport with customers.
5. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to facilitate the sales process.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead conversion.
7. Document and update customer information in the database accurately.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telecalling strategies.
9. Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
10. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
