Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification, development, and closure of new client accounts in the IT services sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients, both locally and globally, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT service solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Effectively present our IT services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Use a variety of methods to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.  Proposal Development: Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Client Retention: Collaborate with the delivery and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechacnical, Civil,GeoTechnical) and MBA in Marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of IT services and technology trends.
